D. D. Sethia is a seasoned entrepreneur and a fabrication industry veteran. With 40+ years of industry experience, he gets appointed as an advisor to budding entrepreneurs and technical experts in Madhya Pradesh. He has recently been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Upskilling/capability development committee at ITI Bhopal.
As a self-taught engineer, he started SEW as an ancillary of BHEL with a minimal startup capital and 2 employees. Today, SEW is an exports-focused manufacturing company with close to 100 employees. Over the years, the company has also served several asset-heavy public and private sector companies in India including maharatna companies and Indian defense.
Rachit is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a Masters (MSc.) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from NTU Singapore. Rachit has over a decade of industry experience of which the last 5 years have been with renowned consulting firms such as Deloitte Canada and EY Canada. He worked as a management consultant and advised asset-heavy multi-nationals in North America and helped them define their digital and transformation strategy.
Rachit brings in years of International experience to the organization. He spent the last 5+ years in Canada but after seeing India’s economic development plans and vision of an ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, Rachit decided to return to India from Canada and started focusing on business transformation and innovation at Shrao Engineering Works.
Shrao Engineering Works, established in the year 1982, is an ISO certified manufacturer, supplier and exporter of fabricated products and heat exchangers.
